Features

Everything your front desk should do, done for you.

Every capability below starts with the problem it fixes, for a shop, a crew or an office.

What it fixes

The phone rings while you're doing the work that pays.

On the job site

Know who called before you call back.

You're in the truck or on a roof. The caller gets answered and booked, and you get a text summary with their name, number and what they need. No voicemail to dig through.

In the office

New clients don't wait for you to get out of a meeting.

For a law firm, an insurance agency or a CPA, the next client often calls while you're with the current one. It answers in your firm's name, takes the details and books the consultation.

With a customer

The person in front of you gets all of you.

Mid-exam at the vet, mid-cut at the barbershop: the phone is handled, the appointment is booked into your open times, and nobody gets rushed.

After hours

The 8 PM caller books instead of calling the next name.

People call when they finally have time: evenings, weekends, holidays. It answers every one, and urgent calls are put through to you on your rules.

Capabilities

Every capability, as an outcome

You stop losing jobs to voicemail.

Calls are answered any hour, in your business name, with no waiting during normal call volume. Anything it can't take rings through to you.

Your schedule fills itself.

It checks your real open times and books the caller while they're on the phone. Google Calendar connects at launch. Using something else? Tell Christopher what you use, and he'll set up the best way to book into it.

Per-platform support being confirmed

The big jobs come straight to you.

Ready-to-buy or urgent callers get transferred straight to your phone, on your rules.

Nothing slips through.

When a caller just needs to leave a message, you get it by text and email within moments, with name, number and what they need.

Fewer empty slots.

Customers who agree to texts get a reminder before their appointment, with STOP to opt out in every text. A Cochrane review of appointment-reminder trials found text reminders raised attendance compared with no reminder (those were clinic appointments, not service businesses).

(Reminder texts start once our texting registration is approved.)

Your time goes to paying customers.

It answers the same questions the same way every time, from answers you approve. It handles the price shoppers, the "just curious" calls and the sales pitches, and only brings you real business.

You can see everything without listening to a voicemail.

Your dashboard shows every call, its recording to play back, the summary, the full transcript and every lead, from your phone or computer.

Your customers keep calling a number that looks local.

You get your own local number, not a toll-free one and never shared.

It can't leave you stranded.

If anything ever fails, calls ring through to your phone automatically.

You're in charge.

Flip it on or off any time from your dashboard.

Website visitors get answers at midnight, too.

A chat bot on your website answers visitors' questions 24/7 from the same knowledge base as your receptionist, and books them on the spot. It always tells visitors it's an AI.

Customers can book themselves, wherever they find you.

You get a Book Now link connected to your calendar, ready for your website, your Google Business Profile and your social bios. No phone tag at all.

It can sound like you.

Optional: your receptionist in your own voice, recorded with your consent.

You don't set anything up.

Christopher builds your receptionist, connects your calendar and switches your number over. See onboarding below.

Protect your ad spend

Your marketing makes the phone ring. Make sure someone answers it.

You pay for every call your marketing brings in. Then the call lands while you're on a job, after hours, or with a staff member who's swamped or having a bad day: nobody picks up, or someone answers in a hurry and never asks to book. Either way, you paid for that call and got nothing back.

What the numbers say

Leads aren't cheap.Per LocaliQ/WordStream benchmarks, the median search-ad cost per lead is 129 USD for plumbing, 128 USD for air conditioning, 94 USD for electricians and 91 USD across home services. It went up for 69% of businesses year over year (vendor data).
Google Local Services Ads leadsrun about 80 USD for HVAC and 69 USD for plumbing, and over 90% of them come in by phone, per The Media Captain's client data (agency, small sample).
Missed calls can still be billed.Per Google's Local Services Ads help, a call missed during business hours is a charged lead if the caller stays on more than 20 seconds. Voicemails count as leads too.
About half of calls never reach a person.Per Invoca's data from 70M+ calls, only 52% of calls to home services businesses and 58% to automotive businesses reach a person (vendor data; includes misdials, and Invoca's customers skew larger).
Answered isn't the same as booked.Per Invoca, 55% of home services businesses don't ask callers to book, and only 36% of automotive calls ask for the appointment (vendor data).
Most small businesses have tight budgets.Per a LocaliQ survey, 52% of small businesses spend under 1,000 USD a month on marketing (vendor survey).

Illustration only, not a forecast or a typical result. An HVAC shop spends an assumed 1,000 USD a month on Google Local Services Ads. At about 80 USD per lead (The Media Captain), that's about 12.5 paid leads, nearly all phone calls. If 48% aren't answered by a person (100% minus Invoca's 52%), about 6 paid calls go nowhere: roughly 480 USD a month. Counting only calls over 30 seconds (Invoca: 73% reach a person), it's about 3.4 calls, roughly 270 USD. Not every lead is a call, and your numbers will differ.

The solution.

You pay to make the phone ring. Vigoris Inbound makes sure that call is answered or forwarded to you. It doesn't have off days or rush calls: every caller gets a friendly answer and an offer to book, even on your busiest day. Your ads don't stop working at 5 PM. Neither does your receptionist. (Consistent call handling is a positioning claim, not a measured result.)

Case study

Danny's Automotive, Midland, Texas

The problem.A busy auto repair shop. The phones rang all day, service advisors got pulled away from the customers in front of them, and solicitor calls ate into the day.
What we did.We put Lauren, our AI receptionist, on the shop's phones to answer every call, answer questions and book appointments.

The results.

7,000+calls answered
53% → 73%booking rate
~90 hrsa month of office time saved

Angel's top two wins.

  1. No more solicitor calls.
  2. Service advisors don't get interrupted while they're with customers.

What customers said.

Several customers told the shop it's the best answering service they've ever heard, that they wish more businesses used it, and that it was more helpful than some of the real people they'd talked to at other shops.

Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Book a call.

About 20 minutes with Christopher, by phone or video. Tell him how your phone works today.

    Call length being confirmed

  2. 02

We set it all up for you.

You fill out a short questionnaire. Christopher builds your receptionist, gets your local number, connects your calendar, and updates your website and Google listing.

  3. 03

    Your phone gets answered.

Calls are answered, jobs get booked, and you get a text and an email for each one. You get back to work.

Who it's for

Built for your trade or your office

HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

Per ServiceTitan data, plumbing shops booked 43% of calls, electrical 41% and HVAC 38%. The rest is room to grow. Emergency calls at 2 AM get answered and the urgent ones get put through to you. Routine work gets booked for the morning.

Auto repair.

You're under a car, not at the phone. It books the oil change, takes the details on the check-engine light, and you keep wrenching.

Roofing and general contractors.

Estimate requests come in while you're on a site. It qualifies them, books the walkthrough, and skips the tire-kickers.

Landscaping, lawn care and pest control.

Busy season means a ringing phone all day. It books recurring service and handles "do you come out to my area?"

Cleaning services.

Quote requests and rebooking happen around the clock, not just when you can pick up.

Garage doors, locksmiths and towing.

When someone's locked out or stuck, the first business that answers gets the job. Make it you.

Law firms.

Potential clients call once and hire whoever answers. It takes the intake details and books the consultation while you're in court or with a client.

Insurance, accounting, bookkeepers and CPAs.

Tax season and renewal season flood the phone. It answers the routine questions, books appointments and passes along the urgent ones.

Real estate.

Buyers call about a listing while you're at a showing. It answers, captures what they want and books the showing.

Vet clinics, salons and barbers.

Your hands are busy with a pet or a client. It books, reschedules and answers "are you open Saturday?" so you don't have to.

Don't see your business? If your business runs on phone calls and appointments, it probably fits.

Not a fit right now: dental, medical, chiropractic, therapy, mental health and pharmacy practices.

Done for you

Why not just a DIY app?

DIY receptionist apps hand you the tools and leave the setup to you: writing prompts, filling in settings, testing it, fixing it when it says something wrong. That's another job on top of the one you already have. And when something breaks, there's often no one to call.

Done-for-you onboarding

You don't set anything up. Christopher does.

Every client is onboarded personally by Christopher, the founder. Here's what he handles:

  1. Your questionnaire becomes your receptionist. Your services, hours, service area, common questions and how you want calls handled, built into its knowledge base.
  2. Your local number. Picked for your area, set up and tested.
  3. Number changeover. Forward your existing line or switch over, without losing customers.
  4. Website and Google Business Profile updates so new callers reach your receptionist.
  5. Calendar or field-service software connected, with the hours you want booked.
  6. Your rules: who gets transferred, when, and where your messages go.
  7. Your voice (optional): a short recording and signed consent, and it sounds like you.
  8. A test run together before it goes live.

Because Christopher onboards every client himself, he takes on a limited number of new businesses each month. Monthly capacity being confirmed

Quick answers

FAQ

Yes. A local number that's yours alone, never shared and never toll-free.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. Forward it to your new line, and Christopher handles the changeover.
What does it do when someone wants to talk to me?
It transfers hot or urgent calls to your phone, on the rules you set, and takes a message for everything else.
Do you record calls?
Yes. Every call is recorded, and you can play it back in your dashboard alongside the transcript and summary. Wording in legal review
Does it text my customers?
Only appointment confirmations and reminders to customers who agree to get them, never marketing. Every text includes STOP to opt out. Consent wording in legal review (Starts once texting registration is approved.)
Can I turn it off?
Yes, any time, from your dashboard.
How fast can I be live?
Right after your onboarding and a test run together. Typical timeline being confirmed
Does it speak Spanish?
Not yet. English only today.
How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices. Book a call and Christopher will walk you through what fits.
Can I sign up online?

Q&A

Questions owners ask

Book a call
01Can the AI book appointments directly into my calendar?

Yes. Vigoris Inbound checks your real availability and books, reschedules or cancels while the caller is on the line, then texts the customer a confirmation. Google Calendar connects at launch. Using something else? Tell Christopher what you use, and he'll set up the best way to book into it. It reads the date and time back to confirm.

02Does it integrate with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

We're confirming support platform by platform. Tell Christopher what you use (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro or others), and he'll tell you on the fit call what's possible today. Every call also lands in your Inbound dashboard with a transcript and summary, so nothing gets lost.

Per-platform support being confirmed

03What happens if the AI goes down or can't answer?

With Vigoris Inbound, every call is answered or forwarded to you, and your phone is the safety net. If the app errors, times out or the AI fails mid-call, the call forwards to your verified phone, and you get an alert. No business goes live without testing that fallback. It's a safety net, not a promise of zero failures.

04Can it handle more than one call at once?

Yes. Vigoris Inbound can hold several conversations at the same time, so a second caller doesn't hit a busy signal. At very high volume, callers may briefly hear hold audio until a line frees up.

Concurrency per plan being confirmed

05Does it filter out spam and robocalls?

Vigoris Inbound screens callers by asking who they are and why they're calling, and it tags spam calls so they don't clutter your dashboard or interrupt you. It won't block every spam call, but it keeps sales pitches and robocalls from interrupting your work.

Spam screening quality still being tested

06AI receptionist vs a live answering service: which is better?

Vigoris Inbound books into your calendar on the call, 24/7, and keeps a transcript of every conversation, while many answering services mainly take messages. A human service may handle emotional calls better. Inbound transfers urgent calls to you.

07Why not just use missed-call text-back?

Missed-call text-back helps, but Vigoris Inbound goes further: it answers the call, answers questions and books the appointment while the caller is still on the line. Owners on Reddit note callers often move on before replying. Inbound also texts you every message instantly.

08Why not set up a DIY AI phone app myself?

You can, but Vigoris Inbound saves you the setup and tuning. Christopher builds your receptionist's knowledge, connects your calendar, verifies phone fallback and tests calls with you. DIY tools often lack calendar booking or a tested fallback. Inbound forwards to you if anything fails.

09Can an AI chat bot answer questions on my website?

Yes. Vigoris Inbound includes a website chat bot that answers visitors' questions 24/7 from the same knowledge base as your phone receptionist, says it's an AI, and books appointments into your calendar on the spot.

10Can customers book online without calling?

Yes. Vigoris Inbound gives you a Book Now link connected to your calendar. Put it on your website, your Google Business Profile and your social media bios, and customers can book open times themselves, any hour.

11Am I paying for calls I never answer?

Often, yes. Google's Local Services Ads charge for a business-hours missed call when the caller stays on the line over 20 seconds, and for voicemails. With Vigoris Inbound, every call your marketing pays for is answered or forwarded to you. It books the job on the call.

12How much ad money do missed calls waste?

It depends on your spend and answer rate. Invoca found only 52% of calls to home services businesses reach a person (vendor data). Vigoris Inbound answers in your business name and books on the call, so every call is answered or forwarded to you, and every answered call gets an offer to book. Ask about your numbers on the free fit call.

13Why do answered calls still not turn into jobs?

Often nobody asks to book. Invoca found 55% of home services businesses don't ask callers to book (vendor data). Vigoris Inbound asks every caller, checks your calendar, and books on the call. Calls it can't handle are forwarded to you.
